Originally part of the 2024 Dietitian Money Conference, this presentation provides several strategies on ways to increase revenue in a dietitian private practice.

One-on-one nutrition counseling services unfortunately do have an income ceiling, so there often does come a time where growth is stagnant. Add inflation, increased expenses, and fee schedules that aren't keeping up; strategically increasing revenue is becoming more and more necessary.

In this presentation, I provide information on how much insurance-based private practice dietitians can make, billing 101, as well as a walk-through of ways to increase revenue. I pull back the curtain on some decisions I've made in my private practice with practical tips along the way.
